Cultivation

Sowing April-June in rows spaced at 30 cm. Space the plants every 20 cm. Marigolds don't need inordinated requirement for cultivation. It Growa well on each, sufficiently moist soil. They prefer sunny positions. They bloom from June, and removing faded inflorescences can extend their flowering up to October.

Application

For solar flowerbeds, for cut flowers, is used in cooking as edible plant as well as in herbal and cosmetic industry. By cooking are used mainly flowers. Successfully replace expensive saffron.
