Sanvitalia procumbens is a low, annual trailing plant with relatively fast growth. On summer it generates a single flower baskets with solar yellow color with black middle, resembling small sunflowers. It generates pointed-oval leaves 5-6 cm long, similar to the leaves of zinnia. Naturally distributed in South America.
